The manatee has become Florida's most famous
endangered creature, in part, because of controversy over boat speed
limits in areas where Manatees are found. But a solution in the works
would better protect manatees by making it easier for boaters to know when
the creatures are near, eliminating some of the need for full time speed
zones. It puts underwater devices to use so we'll be Listening
